After you register we’ll send a short form to collect the site address and any key docs or notes you want considered.

What we will do:

• A short, practical desktop review using publicly available information and the details you provide.
• An indicative feasibility summary (1-page) showing Adam’s practical view on the site: likely opportunities, obvious constraints, and simple, high-level numbers to show whether a subdivision could stack up.
• One or two recommended next steps you can take after the workshop (for example: get a town planner quote, seek a survey, or run a builder cost check).

Important - scope & limitations:

• This is not a town planning report, formal planning advice, engineering due diligence, nor a council approval search.
• Adam is not acting as your town planner, surveyor, engineer, accountant, or solicitor. The review is a practical, educational assessment based on public info and what you supply.
• If your project needs formal planning advice, a survey, or an official council search, we’ll point that out and recommend you engage the appropriate professional.
• The review is provided for guidance and planning your next steps only - do not rely on it as a substitute for formal reports or professional advice.

When you get it:
You’ll receive the personalised feasibility summary before the workshop (timing details in your registration email) so you arrive prepared and ready to use the day to refine strategy, not hunt facts.

If you’d like to go through your feasibility results in more depth, you can book a private one-on-one review call with Adam as an optional add-on service before or after the workshop.

This is a small-group, high-touch event - not a seminar or lecture.

The Workshop is a one-day intensive that gives you personalised insight and clarity on your deal, or hands-on knowledge for your future deal.
The Mentorship is an 6-week program that helps you execute and deliver your subdivision with a deep-dive into each module, with ongoing support.
Students may want to attend the workshop first, then move into the mentorship with their $1,000 credit applied.

Yes. Payment plans are available at checkout for approved applicants.
Seats are confirmed once your first instalment is processed, however all payments must be made and complete prior to the Workshop.

Due to the small-group nature of the event and pre-workshop feasibility work, all sales are final.
If you can’t attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you can transfer your ticket to a future workshop or another approved participant with prior notice.
