Beyond the Course

Fast track your learning.

The Master Land Subdivision course teaches you the process. For some people, that's everything they need. Others want us closer: working alongside them, checking their numbers, keeping them moving. That's what the pathways on this page are for.

Three ways we do it ↓
Where Everyone Starts

The course is the beginning.

Master Land Subdivision is the foundation for everything we do. It gives you the full process, the language, and the confidence to know what you're looking at. Every hands-on pathway below builds on it, which is why completing the course comes first.

But learning a process and running your own project are different things. When the stakes are real, most people want more than lessons. They want someone who's done it standing beside them.

Three Ways We Get Hands-On

More support. Less guesswork.

Each one works differently. What they share: you're not doing it alone anymore.

One Day · In Person

The Workshops

A full day with Adam in Byron Bay, in a small room of people at the same stage as you. Real examples, your questions answered on the spot, and a clear picture of your own next step by the end of the day. The fastest way to compress months of second-guessing into one Friday.

Ten Weeks · Guided

Land Deal Engine™

A structured ten weeks where we help you go from "I can't find anything that stacks up" to a live pipeline of real opportunities. You do the searching, we guide the rhythm and check the numbers with you, week by week, until finding deals becomes something you just do.

Your Project · Alongside You

Land Developers Circle

A mentoring relationship with Adam for people working a real deal or holding a site. This is the closest we get: guided decisions at every stage of your own project, with a small circle of other active developers around you. When the stakes are real, so is the support.

Application only

Not sure which fits? That's exactly what the call is for.

Ready Sooner?

Eager to get into your next subdivision?

For most people, the right move is simple: start with the course, and the pathway opens up from there. There's no rush and no pressure.

But if you're further along, maybe you've got equity ready, a site in mind, or a deal you don't want to sit on, we're happy to have a chat. A real conversation about where you're at and which pathway fits, if any. If the honest answer is "just do the course first", that's what we'll tell you.

You'll watch a short video first so you know exactly how we work. Then pick a time that suits.
